Excellent restaurant in the heart of Piemonte with friendly staff. Very high quality of the ingredients and fine wines. Piedmontese dishes with a unique touch of the outstanding chef Lorenzo Ponte. Delicious vegan options available if you tell them in advance.
Called in advance to see if we could try a tasting, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the vineyard along with the history of the family.
Really nice people and a cool facility. Tasting was great, paired with Home prepared food, the service was fantastic and the wine exceptional. Must visit if you are in the area, the 2 brother who are head winemakers came out to introduce themselves as we were doing the tasting.

We did a tasting for 2 people with smartbox on January 27th. It was an exceptional experience! Upon our arrival, a girl took us on a tour of the cellar, explaining the history behind the name CarlindePaolo, showing us the cutting-edge machinery for bottling and the room dedicated to barrel aging, where when you enter you will smell a fantastic aroma of oak! The cellar is modern, attentive to environmental sustainability and in fact it is Equalitas certified, and this is a point in their favor! The experience then continued with a tasting of 4 wines with a super abundant platter of cold cuts and cheeses! Furthermore, a bottle of wine was included in the package with the smartbox! The wines were really excellent and also during the tasting the guys passed between the tables to ask if everything was okay, showing great attention to their customers. Their kindness, friendliness and availability will accompany you from the beginning to the end of the experience. They were very helpful and passionate in answering my questions about the winery.
There is also the possibility of stopping for lunch in their snack shop, but we instead took a walk among their vineyards, with a peace that characterizes this place. And then we sat on a bench with a panoramic view of their winery and their vineyards!
We will definitely be back to try their snacks or do another tasting with friends. CarlindePaolo is a place that will remain in your heart!

Davide was very hospitable, and accompanied us on a journey that commemorates the stages of his history, his family and the Carlin de Paolo winery.
At the tasting the two guys (both named Lorenzo) welcomed us warmly, with great knowledge and explanation of the wines we were about to taste.

Very nice place, very bright and welcoming. I can't wait to return when it's warmer and stay outdoors in the koro dehors to enjoy the dishes on offer. We also visited the cellar and it was very interesting.
The girls who welcomed us and accompanied us on the visit and tasting deserve our compliments and thanks for their attention and kindness.
